Restaurants, shopping and many activities are located just minutes away. Amenities include swimming pools, sundecks and lounge chairs, and access to a fitness facility with indoor pool. Golf, tennis, water activities, biking and tours are available nearby. All condos feature cable TV, separate living and sleeping areas, washers and dryers, and kitchens equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, cookware, and dishes. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the villas. Guests must check-in at R. Realty & Rentals at 27 C Coligny Plaza. Once on Hilton Head, take Cross Island Parkway to traffic circle. Take second left onto Pope Avenue. Go one mile and turn left just after Exxon Gas Station into Coligny Plaza. Office is located beside flag pole with American Flag and has beige awning with R. Realty & Rentals on it. Check-in is at 4:00. Keys and directions to villa will be given at check-in. If arriving after business hours, check-in information will be left in lock-box. Please call office during business hours for code. Office hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00-5:00 and Sunday 11:00-3:00. Check-out is at 10:00.
